Anime Adaptation Confirmed for 2026

The popular manga series, Magic Repo Man: Dumped by My Party, I'll Cash In With a Cute Support Fairy to Become the Strongest!, is officially receiving an anime adaptation scheduled to premiere in 2026. This significant announcement was made via the series' official X account on November 11, 2025. The property originated as a successful web novel before transitioning into a serialized manga, captivating a growing readership.

The narrative centers on Lent, an adventurer possessing the crucial 'magic-loaning Gift.' Despite his value, Lent is expelled from his adventuring group after his power is deemed unnecessary. Rather than accepting this betrayal, Lent resolves to utilize his unique ability for retribution and advancement. His mission involves systematically reclaiming all magical energy he previously loaned to his former companions.

Lent's solo endeavor soon evolves into an unexpected partnership when he encounters an adorable support fairy. She joins him as he pursues the pinnacle of magical strength and seeks justice against those who wronged him.

Production Details and Broadcast Information

The anime production will be handled by Studio SynergySP. The series is slated to air across Japan starting in 2026 on TV Asahi, its 23 affiliated stations, and BS Asahi.

The project is directed by Takahiro Tamano, known for his assistant directing roles on titles such as The Foolish Angel Dances with the Devil and Baban Baban Ban Vampire. Ryusuke Mori is responsible for managing the series composition and scripting, ensuring the narrative maintains its compelling structure.

Character design duties are entrusted to Kazue Mori, who previously contributed to sub-character designs for popular series including The Yakuza's Guide to Babysitting and Kumichou Musume to Sewagakari.

Source Material and International Release

The source material, penned by Masakichi and illustrated by Shingo Iijima, launched on Flex Comix’s COMIC Meteor platform in April 2023. The fifth compiled volume of the manga is scheduled for release in Japan on November 14, 2025.

Notably, the manga’s second arc introduces an entirely original storyline, marking a significant divergence from the initial web novel serialized on Kakuyomu and Shousetsuka ni Narou.

The series is also expanding its global reach. Seven Seas Entertainment secured the English licensing rights on November 5, 2025, confirming that the first English volume will be available in September 2026. To commemorate the adaptation announcement, a teaser visual was released, providing the first look at the finalized character designs and further fueling anticipation among the international fanbase. Production updates will be shared regularly via the dedicated official X account, @revo_anime.
