Trigun Stargaze: The Final Phase Blasts Off with New Cast, Staff, and Teaser for Winter 2026 Global Premiere

The highly anticipated anime sequel, Trigun Stargaze, is preparing for its global premiere in Winter 2026. This installment, described as the 'final phase' of the Trigun Stampede narrative, continues the story two and a half years after its predecessor. It aims to provide a climactic conclusion to the saga.
Attendees at New York Comic Con recently viewed the first two episodes. The series will broadcast on TV Tokyo and its affiliates. Crunchyroll has confirmed streaming plans with English subtitles for international audiences.
Expanded Cast Details
A notable announcement is the return of fan-favorite Milly Thompson, a character absent from Trigun Stampede. Chika Ayamori, known for her work in Sayōnara Ryūsei, Konnichiwa Jinsei, will voice Milly. Millions Knives will now be voiced by Ryūji Satō, succeeding Junya Ikeda. The cast also includes Kōki Uchiyama as Legato Bluesummers, Ayumu Murase as Elendira the Crimsonnail, Ryūsei Nakao as William Conrad, and TARAKO as Zazie the Beast.
Returning voice actors include Sakura Andō as Meryl Stryfe and Yoshimasa Hosoya as Nicholas D. Wolfwood. Yoshitsugu Matsuoka reprises his role as Vash the Stampede.

Key Production Staff
Masako Satō, recognized for directing Anima Yell! and Haikyu!! To The Top, will direct this concluding installment. Takehiko Oxy, who led Trigun Stampede, created the original story. Kazuyuki Fudeyasu, with credits such as Girls' Last Tour and Is the order a rabbit?, is responsible for the series composition and script. Kouji Tajima returns as the original character designer and concept artist. Kiyotaka Oshiyama, acclaimed for the film Look Back, serves as the animation character designer.
Studio Orange, known for its CGI animation, continues its work, supported by a team involved in mechanical design, prop design, CG direction, VFX art direction, and color design. This collaboration aims to deliver a visually and emotionally impactful finale.
The recently released teaser promo and character visuals offer a preview of the action and emotional depth. As the conclusion to the Stampede continuity, Trigun Stargaze is anticipated to be a significant event for both existing fans and new viewers, combining adventure, storytelling, and humor.
