The Case Book of Arne Unveils Spellbinding New Visuals and Trailer, Premiering January 6th

Anticipation for the anime adaptation of The Case Book of Arne has increased with the release of a new visual and a main trailer. These materials highlight the central characters and confirm the premiere date: January 6, 2026. Studio SILVER LINK is producing this adaptation of Harumurasaki's mystery adventure game, which features character designs by Harutaro.

The narrative is set in the city of Lügenberg, where humans and non-humans coexist. The story follows Arne Neuntöte, a vampire detective with supernatural abilities, and Lynn Reinweiss, a nobleman's daughter interested in vampires. Together, they investigate complex cases involving paranormal phenomena within Lügenberg.

The voice cast includes Mariya Ise as Louis Hartman, Koki Uchiyama as Arne Neuntöte, Aimi Tanaka as Arne's younger self, and Yuka Nukui as Lynn Reinweiss. Yoshiaki Fujisawa is composing the music. The opening theme, Q.E.D., is performed by Sou, and the ending theme, Ningyo no Machi, is by Watashi Kobayashi. Director Keisuke Inoue, with close involvement from Murasaki in series composition and script supervision, aims for a faithful adaptation of the original game.

The Case Book of Arne is expected to deliver a dark, immersive mystery with fantasy elements. As Arne, known as the town's "worst" vampire, and Lynn investigate a new murder, the stability between humans and supernatural beings is challenged. The promotional materials showcase a detailed visual style that reflects the series' tone. The anime will be broadcast on Nippon TV, Bs Nippon TV, and At-x, making it a notable title for early 2026.
