Crunchyroll has confirmed the North American theatrical release date for the feature film Zombie Land Saga: Yumeginga Paradise. The movie is set to screen across U.S. and Canadian theaters for a special one-day event on January 19, 2026.
The screening will take place under the Anime Nights banner at 7 PM local time in more than 280 venues. Distribution is being handled jointly by Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment.
The two-hour feature will utilize the English dub, though all musical numbers will retain their original Japanese audio with accompanying English subtitles. A new English dub trailer recently dropped ahead of the release.
The film serves as a standalone story, picking up after the events of the second television season, Zombie Land Saga Revenge. Japan premiered the film earlier on October 24, 2025.
Director Kônosuke Uda helmed the project based on a script penned by Shigeru Murakoshi. Studio MAPPA handled the animation duties, ensuring the high-energy visuals fans expect from the franchise.
Mamoru Miyano returns to voice the manager, Kotaro Tatsumi. The core plot centers on the legendary girls, Franchouchou, who were revived as zombies and tasked with saving Saga Prefecture through their musical efforts during the Galaxy Festival event. Expect the established "Zombies × Idols × Saga" dynamic amplified for the big screen.

Ticket sales are expected to begin soon through major outlets like Fandango and Cinemark. This January date is a special exception, as Anime Nights typically schedules events for the third Monday of each month. Both previous seasons of Zombie Land Saga are currently available for streaming on Crunchyroll.
