TWO-MIX Unveils New Cover Art by Ogasawara for Gundam Wing 30th Anniversary Album Pair

TWO-MIX is dropping two new albums to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, both featuring striking new cover art designed by Tomofumi Ogasawara. The duo’s high-energy synth tracks were foundational to the series' 90s soundtrack success, and these releases mark a dual anniversary, as both TWO-MIX and Gundam Wing premiered in 1995.
Ogasawara, known for his work on the Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz - Glory of the Losers manga, created illustrations for both volumes that combine to form a single panoramic image. Both albums are set for release on March 18, 2026.
Mobile Suit Gundam Wing TWO-MIX DIGITALLY REMASTERED
The first release focuses on the classic hits: "Just Communication," "Rhythm Emotion," "White Reflection," and "Last Impression." These tracks have been digitally remastered under the supervision of Shiina Nagano. The cover for this volume depicts Heero Yuy and Relena Darlian alongside the original Wing Gundam. This remastered collection is priced at 2,750 yen.
THE END OF THE ENDLESS WALTZ
The second album offers fresh arrangements of those same four songs, though they utilize the original 1995 vocal takes by Minami Takayama. This release costs 3,300 yen. It also includes the new 30th anniversary theme track, "THE END OF THE ENDLESS WALTZ -PRELUDE-," plus a finale version. These tracks feature guest appearances from saxophonist Takuo Yamamoto and guitarist Yoshinori Sugimoto. The artwork for this volume shows the TWO-MIX duo standing with Wing Gundam Zero (EW).

First-press editions for both albums will come with clear card jackets showcasing key visuals, such as Heero with the Wing Gundam or the duo with Zero. This merchandise rollout connects with other recent items, like the MG 1/100 Gundam Sandrock EW Gunpla kit.
