The dark fantasy series Roll Over and Die is set to continue this week, but fans should note a significant split in the release schedule. While the subbed version of Episode 5 remains on track, the English dub schedule has been adjusted due to Crunchyroll’s heavy Winter 2026 slate.
Episode 5, titled 'Cruelty and Camaraderie,' is scheduled for a global release on Thursday, February 5, 2026, via Crunchyroll. This maintains the show's standard weekly Thursday drop in the US. The episode will air in Japan the following day, February 6, 2026.
The plot currently follows protagonist Flum and Sara as they escape a Church-run laboratory filled with mutants, a situation arising after their confrontation with an ogre. The storyline is building toward a reunion with Milkit following her herb mission.
For those following the English dub, the schedule has shifted. While Episode 2 hits on February 5 as planned, Episodes 3 and 4 are now delayed until February 12. The subbed version of Episode 5 is unaffected by this change.
A.C.G.T is handling the animation production under director Nobuharu Kamanaka. Mariko Kunisawa is managing the series scripts.

Character designs are credited to Miki Matsumoto, Fumio Matsumoto, Takashi Fukuyo, and Takafumi Furusawa. The opening theme, 'Liberator,' is performed by PassCode, and Yuki Tanaka handles the ending song, 'I Need.' Kikuko Inoue provides narration for the series, which adapts the light novel run by zunta, focusing on Flum's struggle to live a normal life while wielding a cursed sword amidst heavy gore and betrayal.
