One-Punch Man Season 3 Confirmed for Second Cour in 2027

The production committee for One-Punch Man confirmed the series will return for a second cour in 2027. This announcement was made immediately following the broadcast of the final episode of Season 3's first half. The continuation is set to pick up the ongoing Monster Association arc, which the initial 12 episodes only began to cover.
A teaser visual and an announcement trailer were released right after the broadcast to confirm the return date for the next part of the season.
J.C.Staff is handling the animation for the third season, which has been streaming globally on major platforms including Crunchyroll, Hulu, and Disney+.
The core staff roster remains consistent for the second cour. Shinpei Naga is directing the series, working from series composition handled by Tomohiro Suzuki. Character design duties are credited to Chikashi Kubota, Shinjiro Kuroda, and Ryosuke Shirakawa. Makoto Miyazaki is returning to compose the music.

Beyond the television broadcast, the franchise is also preparing for its first dedicated exhibition. This event is scheduled for June and July 2026 and will take place at Ikebukuro’s Sunshine 60 Observatory Tenbou-Park. Fans attending can expect to see original animation materials and exclusive merchandise. Specific scheduling information and a full trailer for the 2027 anime release are expected closer to the air date.
