Author Shirow Shiratori confirmed the No-Rin light novel series will officially conclude with the release of Volume 14 on June 13. This marks the first new installment in a decade, as Volume 13 originally shipped in October 2016.
The series' return was heavily supported by its dedicated fanbase. A recent crowdfunding campaign by Animate on Soreosu concluded on February 28, raising 13.76 million yen, approximately $87,500 USD. This funding secured a special edition release for backers, which includes a completion memorial booklet and a full-series storage box. Both feature new artwork from original illustrator Kippu, alongside the standard paperback.

No-Rin centers on Kosaku Hata, a student at Tamo Agriculture School. His life becomes complicated when retired idol Yuka Kusakabe transfers into his class, using the guise of Ringo Kinoshita. The story follows Kosaku as he attempts to understand why the celebrity is hiding at an agricultural school.
SB Creative first launched the series under its GA Bunko imprint in August 2011. The property saw significant adaptation, including three separate manga series. Maru Asakura adapted the main story in Young Gangan, while spin-offs like the comedy No-Rin Petit and No-Rin -Wild- also ran.
The anime adaptation, produced by Silver Link, aired 12 episodes in 2014. Funimation handled the North American distribution rights for the series.
