"Ninja to Gokudou" Anime Bolsters Roster with Major Supporting Cast Reveals Ahead of Fall 2025 Debut

The eagerly anticipated television anime adaptation of Shinsuke Kondou’s high-stakes manga, Ninja to Gokudou (also known as Ninja vs. Gokudo), is ratcheting up the excitement ahead of its scheduled October 2025 premiere. The official production committee has just unveiled a powerful roster of supporting voice actors, injecting even more talent into the already stellar cast lineup for this action-seinen thriller.
New Supporting Cast Revealed
Joining the fray are Taku Yashiro, who will lend his voice to Baron d'Or; Shizuka Ishigami as Busu; and Yurika Kubo taking on the role of Ange. The announcement also confirms Kengo Kawanishi as Order, Taito Ban as Attacker, Haruka Shiraishi as Yuri, Lynn as Prima Butouchou, and Ikumi Hasegawa as Lily. Notably, director Toshinori Watanabe is listed to perform an additional, currently unspecified voice role within the ensemble, indicating the depth of commitment behind the project.
These new additions will stand alongside the previously revealed main cast members: Chiaki Kobayashi portraying the protagonist Shinoha Tanaka, Katsuyuki Konishi as the powerful Kiwami Kimura, and Sumire Uesaka stepping into the role of Gamute.

Helming the production at Studio Deen is director Toshinori Watanabe. He works closely with Keiichirou Oochi, who is overseeing the series composition, ensuring a coherent and gripping narrative structure. Character designs, crucial for defining the stark aesthetic of this world, are handled by Tokuyuki Matsutake, while Shunya Watanabe crafts the musical score designed to underpin the show's intense atmosphere.

Based on Kondou’s acclaimed seinen manga, which has been captivating readers on Kodansha's Comic Days since January 2020 and spans 16 volumes, Ninja to Gokudou plunges viewers into an unrelenting conflict. The narrative pits highly skilled ninjas against the brutal world of the yakuza (Gokudo). The series is lauded for its mature themes, focusing on martial arts combat intertwined with complex themes of loyalty, profound betrayal, and the desperate struggle for survival within the criminal underworld.
