Major Voice Talent Revealed for Highly Anticipated 'The Holy Grail of Eris' Anime

The highly anticipated anime adaptation of Kujira Tokiwa’s critically acclaimed light novel series, Eris no Seihai, known internationally as The Holy Grail of Eris, has confirmed its supporting voice cast. This announcement significantly increases anticipation as the series prepares for its broadcast debut on January 8, 2026.
The adaptation is scheduled for a prime late-night broadcast across the extensive TBS network, covering 28 affiliated stations, followed by airings on BS11. This positioning establishes it as a key supernatural drama for the Winter 2026 anime season.
Key Supporting Voice Cast Announced
Adding significant depth to the ensemble are three newly confirmed cast members: Maaya Uchida steps into the role of Cecilia Adelbide, while Natsuki Hanae will voice Enrique Adelbide. Veteran actor Jun Fukuyama takes on the part of Dominic Harmsworth.
These celebrated additions will star alongside the previously confirmed main leads: Kana Ichinose, who portrays the protagonist Constance Grail, and Sayumi Suzushiro, who brings the charismatic, yet spectral, presence of the executed villainess Scarlett Castiel to life. Further rounding out the ensemble are Yōhei Azakami as Randolph Ulster and M.A.O as Lily Orlamunde, promising a dense, character-driven narrative.

Production Team and Narrative Overview
The production team behind this mysterious period fantasy is equally compelling. Directing the series is Morita to Junpei, acclaimed for his work on Lost Song. Handling the intricate series composition and scriptwriting is Kenichi Yamashita, recognized for the racing series MF Ghost. Character designer Chie Kawaguchi (known for Utawarerumono: Futari no Hakuoro) is tasked with translating the original visuals into striking anime form. Animation duties are entrusted to Ashi Productions.
The narrative plunges viewers into the world of Constance, a young noblewoman who, after being unjustly framed and ostracized, finds herself possessed by the ghost of the infamous villainess, Scarlett. Armed with Scarlett's cunning and intellect, Constance sets out to expose a vast and dangerous conspiracy that threatens the nobility.
The franchise’s success extends beyond the novels; it boasts two manga adaptations: the original iteration by Hinase Momoyama, which launched in 2019, and the recently announced sequel, Eris no Seihai S, illustrated by S. Kosugi, set to begin in late 2024 via Square Enix. International fans can access both the light novels and manga through Yen Press, with the eleventh manga volume anticipated for release in January 2026, coinciding perfectly with the anime premiere.
Furthermore, fans across Asia can look forward to streaming the adaptation via Aniplus Asia during the Winter 2026 lineup, confirming its global reach. This comprehensive cast and production update solidifies The Holy Grail of Eris as one of the most anticipated fantasy anime premieres of the new year.
