The home video release date for the latest Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans content is now locked. The special feature film, Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans Urdr-Hunt -Path of the Little Challenger-, paired with the 10th-anniversary short, Wedge of Interposition, is set for a Blu-ray and DVD release across Japan on September 25.
This package compiles 83 minutes of footage originally created for the Mobile Suit Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans Urdr-Hunt mobile game. The feature previously screened globally in limited theatrical runs earlier this year, notably appearing in a double bill alongside the remastered Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz in January.
The main feature, Urdr-Hunt, returns viewers to the action on penal colony Venus in P.D. 323. The story centers on young racer Wistario Afam as he competes in the intense Urdr-Hunt circuit. Afam pilots specialized Gundam Frames, including Asmoday and Marchosias, battling rivals from the Omden Colony and the Rakow Pirates.

The companion short, Wedge of Interposition, celebrates ten years since the original Iron-Blooded Orphans series first aired, serving as a direct reference to the legacy of Tekkadan.
Sunrise handled the animation production for both features. Collectors can expect standard and premium editions for the September launch. At the time of reporting, there is still no official word regarding international streaming or physical releases outside of Japan.
