David Production has locked in the final stretch for the Fire Force anime adaptation. Season 3 Part 2, which officially serves as the series finale, is set to launch this winter, beginning the concluding arc of Atsushi Ohkubo’s manga.
International viewers will be able to stream the premiere on Crunchyroll starting January 9, 2026, the same day it airs in Japan. Episode 13, which opens Part 2, will stream weekly at 9:30 a.m. PT with English subtitles.
This second half of Season 3 pushes Shinra Kusakabe and Company 8 directly into the endgame of the Great Cataclysm storyline. The broadcast plan confirms 12 new episodes, running weekly through late March 2026, which will cover the remaining major confrontations and bring the long-running arcs to a definitive conclusion.
A fresh main trailer has already dropped, signaling a major escalation in scope. The footage highlights hellish flames engulfing the city and Adolla visions intensifying, pointing toward the apocalyptic showdown teased since the first season.

David Production appears to be pulling out all the stops for the finale, showcasing serious sakuga focused on high-speed aerial fights and massive inferno set pieces.
Story-wise, the focus shifts entirely to resolving the Evangelist’s true goals and finally clarifying the mystery surrounding Adolla and Shinra’s ultimate role. Since the manga is already complete, fans should expect a conclusion that ties up the storylines for the key players across the Special Fire Force companies as they converge for the final battles.
