Sanrio has confirmed its first collaboration with established Japanese women's shoe maker DIANA, launching a new fashion collection aimed squarely at adult fans. The partnership focuses on integrating iconic characters like Hello Kitty and My Melody into sophisticated, lifestyle-oriented footwear and accessories.
The collection spans nine different product types across DIANA's various sub-brands. The main DIANA line features the standout Ribbon Heel Pumps, which incorporate Hello Kitty’s signature bow directly into the heel structure. These pumps will be available in a gingham check pattern or a "suntanned" leopard print version.
The line also includes mini bags in the Mirror Charm series, utilizing materials like tweed and custom charms shaped like ribbons or clouds.
Casual options are covered by the plus diana and CUMUU_DIANA sub-brands, offering sneakers and flats. Meanwhile, artemis by DIANA contributes loafers and sheer pumps to the lineup.
While Hello Kitty and My Melody are the headliners, the collection also includes designs featuring Cinnamoroll and Pompompurin. Prices for the items range from 5,500 yen for smaller charms up to 26,400 yen for the more elaborate pumps.
Fans can begin placing pre-orders online starting Wednesday, January 14, 2026, exclusively through DIANA’s official web shop.
