The joint anime sequel for BanG Dream! It's MyGO!!!!! and Ave Mujica is set to premiere in January 2027. This confirmation arrived during a live event on Sunday, where a new teaser trailer and visual were revealed, highlighting vocalists Tomori Takamatsu and Uika Misumi.
The promotional video confirmed the series will air next winter across NTV and its 29 affiliated stations in Japan. Studio Sanzigen returns for animation, with Kodai Kakimoto directing once more, having helmed both previous series.

BanG Dream! It's MyGO!!!!! first aired in June 2023, focusing on band drama at Haneoka Girls’ High School. Its direct follow-up, Ave Mujica: The Die is Cast, premiered in January 2025. Crunchyroll streamed Ave Mujica, while Muse Asia handled streaming rights for both titles in specific regions.
The established voice cast is confirmed to return for both groups. Hina Youmiya leads as Tomori Takamatsu. The MyGO!!!!! lineup includes Kanon Takao as Sakiko Togawa/Oblivionis, Rin Tateishi as Anon Chihaya, Mika Kohinata as Soyo Nagasaki, and Coco Hayashi as Taki Shina. Ave Mujica features Rico Sasaki as Uika Misumi/Doloris, Yuzuki Watase as Mutsumi Wakaba/Mortis, Hina Aoki as Rana Kaname, alongside Akane Yonezawa, Mei Okada, and Hazuki Tanda.
This sequel follows the conclusion of MyGO!!!!!’s compilation films last year: Haru no Hidamari in September 2024 and Utau, Bokura ni Nareru Uta in November. Both bands continue to release new music, with Ave Mujica recently dropping “S/ The Way” and “Sophie,” and MyGO!!!!! releasing “Silent” and “Egakumirai.” This continuation aims to further intertwine the two bands' narratives within the broader Bushiroad multimedia project.
